30-Day No-Hassle Refund.
If RITE Load isn’t for you, we’ll make it right within 30 days of delivery—no hard feelings.
Who’s eligible
Timing: Request must be made within 30 days of the date your order shows as delivered.
Orders covered: Your first order of RITE Load (one unit) is fully refundable. Additional/unopened units are refundable when returned sealed.
Where purchased: Orders placed at riteperformance.com only. If you bought from another retailer, please use their return process.
What we refund
Opened/used bottle (first order): We’ll refund you without asking for the bottle back. We’ll ask for a quick photo of the bottle and lot number for quality tracking, then please dispose of the product locally.
Unopened/sealed items: Refund issued once we receive the return in original condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.
What’s not refundable
Requests made after 30 days of delivery.
Empty bottles from repeat purchases (abuse prevention).
Items not purchased on this site.
Gift cards.
How to start a return
Email: ritelabsllc@gmail.com with subject “Return – Order #12345.”
Include: your order number, the name and email used to purchase, the item(s) you’re returning, and a photo of the product (show the lot/batch code on the bottle bottom if opened).
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with either a quick confirmation (opened/first order) or return instructions/RMA (for unopened items).
Return shipping (unopened items): You’re responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable service. We’ll provide the return address in your RMA email.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and product. We’ll replace or refund promptly.
When you’ll see the refund
Once approved (or once unopened items are received), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 3–10 business days.
Subscriptions
Availability: Subscriptions launch with live inventory; this section applies once subscriptions are enabled.
Priority allocation: Active subscribers skip the batch waitlist. We auto-reserve inventory for your chosen cadence (every 30 / 45 / 60 days) so your order ships on schedule.
Billing & reminders: We email a reminder 48 hours before each renewal. You’re billed when the renewal processes, and we ship right after with tracking.
Manage your plan: You can pause, skip, change ship date, or cancel anytime before the renewal is processed. If you need help, email ritelabsllc@gmail.com with subject “Subscription – Order #”.
Cutoff timing: Changes must be received before the renewal timestamp shown in your reminder email (Pacific Time). If a renewal processes before your change, that cycle is considered active.
Address & payment updates: Update at least 24 hours before your next renewal. Failed deliveries due to invalid addresses can be resent at cost or refunded minus shipping.
Returns on subscription shipments:
Unopened/sealed renewal items are refundable within 30 days of delivery (you cover return shipping).
Opened subscription items are not refundable, except for damaged/incorrect shipments.
First-time subscriber? Your first order follows our standard 30-day no-hassle policy (opened bottle refundable without return).
Damaged/incorrect items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund promptly.
If a batch sells out: Subscribers remain prioritized. If an extreme shortage delays your renewal, we’ll email options: ship partial/next-available, delay, or refund.
Price changes: We’ll notify you 14 days before any subscription price change. You can cancel before the effective date.
Preorders / Batches
If your order is a batch preorder, the 30-day window starts on the day your package is marked delivered.
