Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

RITE Labs, LLC (“RITE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit riteperformance.com (the “Site”), join our waitlist, or interact with our content and ads.

By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1) Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact details: email address (and, if you choose, first name or goal).

  • Messages: any information you send us by email or form.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address (Internet Protocol (IP) address), browser, device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring/exit pages.

  • Ad and campaign parameters: Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters and other URL (Uniform Resource Locator) query strings (for example: utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content).

  • Cookies and pixels: we use cookies and similar technologies (including the TikTok Pixel) to measure traffic and ad performance.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising platforms: engagement and conversion signals from TikTok Ads and similar platforms (for example, page views and thank-you page visits).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.

2) How we use your information

  • Provide access and updates: confirm waitlist status, send priority-access emails, and communicate window dates.

  • Marketing and measurement: run and improve ads, measure campaign performance, and understand which creative works.

  • Site operations and security: operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Site.

  • Legal and safety: comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and users.

3) Cookies, pixels, and similar tech

We use cookies, local storage, and pixels to remember preferences, measure traffic, and run ads.

  • TikTok Pixel: helps us measure ad performance and build audiences. This may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law (California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)).

  • Your choices: you can use your browser’s controls to block cookies; adjust ad preferences in your TikTok settings; or email us to opt out of pixel-based “sharing” (see Your privacy choices below).

Squarespace provides a cookie banner; use it to manage preferences.

4) How we disclose information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers (processors):

    • Website host and platform (Squarespace).

    • Email delivery and storage (Gmail by Google).

    • Spreadsheet storage (Google Sheets in Google Drive).

    • Advertising and analytics partners (for example, TikTok) through pixels and similar tools.

  • Compliance and safety: if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.

“Sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising: We may share identifiers and usage data with advertising partners (for example, via the TikTok Pixel). See Your privacy choices to opt out.

5) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including:

  • Waitlist and basic campaign data: typically up to 24 months after last meaningful interaction (or sooner if you ask us to delete it).

  • Legal, security, and backup copies: retained as required or permitted by law.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No security measures are perfect; transmission and storage carry risk.
